The menu, customers, discounts and orders live on the device itself. Lose the network — the POS keeps taking orders and payments, and when the connection is back everything syncs to the server without duplicates or conflicts.

Questions and answers
The POS keeps working: orders, cash payments and receipt printing do not depend on the network. Data accumulates on the device and is sent to the server when the connection is back.
On iPad, Android tablets, Windows computers and in the browser. The number of POS devices depends on the plan: one in the basic plan, two or more in the higher ones.
The POS creates a receipt job, and a fiscal registrar connected to the tablet or a cloud registrar prints it. If the registrar is busy or unavailable, the receipt waits in a queue and prints later — nothing is lost.
Any receipt printer with the ESC/POS protocol connected over the network or USB. Kitchen tickets print on separate printers per station.
Menu and modifiers import from Excel or CSV with a preview. Moving usually takes an hour, and launching the POS — one day.
