Guests get a percentage of each order back, at a rate you set. Points can only cover part of a bill, and you decide how much. They work at the till and on orders placed through your website.
The card and its QR code open in the guest's account on the website, so they can show it from any phone. Adding it to a wallet app is currently available for Apple Wallet only.
No. Staff can scan the QR code with the tablet camera or find the guest by phone number. If you already have a USB scanner, just plug it in and it works too.
Yes. Promo codes give a percentage or fixed amount off, with an optional minimum order and expiry date. Scheduled discounts switch on by themselves on the days and hours you pick — say, cheaper coffee before 10 am.
Messages only go to guests who ticked the consent box, and they can opt out at any time. On top of that, you can send at most one message a day and four a month.
