After sign-up your venue runs on the Pro plan with every feature for 14 days. No card is required.
You pick a plan and pay for it. If you do not, the venue is suspended: the storefront is unpublished while your data is kept — everything comes back as soon as you pay.
By bank card with auto-renewal, or by invoice from a business account for companies and sole proprietors. A receipt is emailed after a card payment.
Yes, at any time in the Plan section. The new plan applies immediately and the unused part of the paid period is credited to the new invoice.
Buy an extra device — a register or a kitchen display — or move to a higher plan. The browser with the owner dashboard does not count towards the limit.
With yearly billing the price per month is lower. The amount is charged once for the whole period.
Menu, orders, guests and reports are kept for 12 months. You can come back at any time by paying for any plan.
